SHIPPING POLICY

We can ship virtually to any address in the United States

To keep things simple, we offer two kinds of shipping options on all domestic shipments, within the continental United States

If there is a shipping charge (for expedited shipping, for example), we are not in business to “profit” from shipping; you are charged what we are charged

Our primary shipping service is FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery, however this could change from time to time depending on the location and speed.

PROCESSING TIME

Your order will normally ship within 2-4 business days of receipt of your order.

DELIVERY TIME

We will ship either FedEx Ground (commercial addresses) or FedEx Home Delivery (residential addresses) and it usually takes between 5-7 business days for cross-country delivery. We will provide a tracking number via email once the order has shipped so you that you can track the shipment from our facility to your location. We offer additional expedited services should you require faster delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time we do not offer International shipping.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

RETURNS

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging including the shipping box so that the item arrives back safely. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defect, you should promptly contact us at info@ipmandre.com with details of the product and the defect. Once the product is received, we will review and determine if the product is to be replaced.

REFUND

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a set amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies and our merchant account policies.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How To Return Your Item : Send an email to info@ipmandre.com with your name, address, telephone and explain the reason for your return. We will email you with detailed instructions for an easy return.
